Six teachers retire after 2020-2021 school year

 Six long-standing names of teachers on Wall’s campuses are being retired this year and will be dearly missed as all students and staff slowly start to say goodbye to the end of the school year: 

 Paraprofessional Edna Sedeno has worked at Wall ISD for 17 years, and she has also worked within Christoval, San Angelo, and Fort Worth independent school districts. As well as education, Sedeno worked for the San Angelo Standard Times for 15 years. 

Art Teacher Debbie Hartmann has instructed art classes at Wall for 28 years. According to Hartmann, she has only ever taught art at Wall High School for the entire duration of her career. 

Culinary Arts and Child Development Teacher Pat Gray has been at Wall for 23 years. Previous to Wall, Gray taught at Central High School for two years. 

Fourth Grade Science Teacher Sherry Sefcik has taught at Wall for years and has worked in education as a teacher for 36 years. 

Librarian Kay Cotter spent her total career of 39 years at Wall ISD and retired after the first semester of the 2020-2021 school year.

ESL Teacher Millie Seamands has worked for 21 years and taught at Wall for 18 years
